Pramod is a builder and investor with over a decade of experience scaling companies, backing founders, and structuring private market investments. He began his career in finance at Goldman Sachs and TA Associates before transitioning into operating leadership and growth-stage investing.

He founded and scaled West Agile Labs, a global product engineering firm that grew to 400+ team members prior to a private equity–backed exit. He has also built and backed multiple companies, including Cents, a vertical SaaS platform that has raised over $75M from leading venture and private equity firms. His work emphasizes disciplined execution, institutional governance, and long-term value creation.

Pramod holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and is a former national champion in tennis, having competed at the US Open alongside John Isner. He lives in the Bay Area with his wife and son and focuses on building durable investment platforms and supporting founders committed to sustainable growth.
